Vehicle Booking Management System

Vehicle Booking Management System is designed to replace a paper based vehicle management system and efficiently manage the distribution or allocation of vehicles in an organization.

A VBMS will helps your organization to keep track of when vehicles are booked and the current location of each vehicle in your fleet. The system keeps track of driver and vehicle license, registration, insurance, and service information to enable companies to quickly access this information all in one convenient place or be alerted on expiry dates. The System has three main modes.

View of vehicle’s schedule and location information. Drivers can use this to view information regarding their daily scheduled route and deployment time.

Users are who have been granted permission by system administrator to create booking request for vehicles available in the company’s fleet on behalf of their department. These users can also edit or cancel their own vehicle bookings requests and view full list of all vehicle schedule time and location.

Admin users have the main duty of evaluating request made from Users of the system and assigning the available vehicle and driver based on their booking request and reason. Admin users can create and manage drivers, vehicles and users information that have been entered in the Vehicle Booking Management System.
