Chaz Rentals, hereafter referred to as "the Company," is committed to providing safe, reliable, and exceptional car rental services to our customers. This policy outlines the guidelines and procedures that govern the rental of our vehicles to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved. I. Reservations: Booking Process: Customers can make reservations through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team. Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed once the customer receives a booking confirmation via email or SMS. Modification and Cancellation: Customers can modify or cancel reservations according to our specified terms, which may include fees for cancellations made within a certain time frame. II. Vehicle Rental: Vehicle Availability: We strive to provide the selected vehicle model or an equivalent, but we reserve the right to substitute with a similar vehicle in case of unforeseen circumstances. Driver Eligibility: Renters must meet minimum age and drivers license requirements specified by local laws. Additional drivers must be approved and registered in advance. Vehicle Inspection: Prior to rental, customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle for pre-existing damage and report it to the Company. We provide a vehicle condition report for reference. Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends as specified in the reservation. Late returns may incur additional charges. Use of Vehicle: Customers are expected to use the rented vehicle responsibly, within the bounds of local traffic laws, and for the intended purposes. The vehicle should not be used for illegal activities or racing. III. Payment and Fees: Payment: Customers must provide valid payment information during the reservation process. The Company will charge rental fees, security deposits, and additional charges as per the agreed terms. Fuel Policy: Customers are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same level of fuel as when rented. Fuel charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel. Traffic Violations: Customers are responsible for any traffic violations incurred during the rental period. The Company may charge a processing fee for handling these matters. IV. Insurance and Damage: Damage Responsibility: Customers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to applicable insurance coverage and deductibles. V. Vehicle Return: Return Condition: Customers are expected to return the vehicle in the same condition as at the start of the rental, taking into account normal wear and tear.
